I just want to have fun in life. As a creative person, I love meeting people and bringing each person into my world of scrumptious fabrics and playful designs. I am very precise, methodical and visionary about my art, knowing just what I want to convey. There is an effortless grace to my apparel, flowing and layering with high quality materials, always easy to care for and looking beautiful -- just like myself! I want to leave you wanting some of what I have!
Handcrafted Art to Wear
My designs are an extension of my style: artsy, colorful, comfortable, stylish and fun…as soon as I finish one jacket, I’m excited about starting the next. I’ll search until I find the perfect silk lining for a jacket or just the right button to finish off the design… I’ve always had a gift for flair and knowing what works with any look! Making art-to-wear remains the most satisfying way I know to indulge in my passion of working with rich, textural fabrics. I treat the luxurious fabrics I use like palettes, adding additional texture and interest through piecing topstitch and layering.
Style & Quality
Most of my work uses linens, 100% cotton hand painted Batik material, silk, cotton and knits.
The garments are made from linen, cotton, silk and wool in assorted textures and weights. The raw look of the fabric is animated with fine detailing in design and construction.
